Terry Rossio (geboren op 2 juli 1960) is een Amerikaans scenarioschrijver en filmproducent. Hij schreef mee aan de films Aladdin, The Mask of Zorro, Shrek en alle vijf de films uit de Pirates of the Caribbean-reeks. Voor Shrek werd hij genomineerd voor de Academy Award voor Beste Bewerkte Scenario en won hij de Annie Award voor Schrijven in een Speelfilmproductie en de BAFTA Award voor Beste Bewerkte Scenario. Hij werkt vaak samen met scenarioschrijver Ted Elliott.
