Theodore Peter James Kinnaird Taptiklis (geboren op 16 december 1984) is een Engelse acteur. Hij is vooral bekend van zijn rol als Tobias 'Four' Eaton in de filmtrilogie The Divergent Series. James speelde ook in de horrorfilms Underworld: Awakening (2012) en Underworld: Blood Wars (2016), de actiefilm How It Ends (2018) en de sciencefictionfilm Archive (2020). Op televisie was hij te zien in de misdaaddramaserie Golden Boy (2012) en de romantische serie The Time Traveler's Wife (2022).
