Thomas Stewart 'Tom' Baker (geboren op 20 januari 1934) is een Britse acteur en komiek. Hij is vooral bekend van zijn rol als de vierde incarnatie van de Doctor in de sciencefictionserie Doctor Who, een rol die hij van 1974 tot 1981 speelde.
