Zachary Knight Galifianakis (geboren op 1 oktober 1969) is een Amerikaanse acteur en komiek. Hij verscheen in een Comedy Central Presents-special en presenteerde zijn eigen praatprogramma, Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis, dat lovende kritieken kreeg. In 2017 werd hij genomineerd voor een Primetime Emmy Award voor Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Galifianakis speelde in films zoals The Hangover-trilogie (2009–2013), Due Date (2010), It's Kind of a Funny Story (2010), The Campaign (2012), Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) (2014) en Masterminds (2016).
