Kathy Ann Najimy (née le 6 février 1957) est une actrice américaine, principalement connue pour son rôle d'Olive Massery dans la série télévisée Veronica's Closet, de Sœur Mary Patrick dans Sister Act et pour avoir doublé Peggy Hill dans la série d'animation King of the Hill. Avant sa carrière au cinéma, elle s'est fait connaître avec Mo Gaffney grâce à deux spectacles Off Broadway, formant le duo Kathy et Mo. L'un de ces spectacles est devenu un spécial comédie pour HBO, lui apportant sa première base de fans à l'échelle nationale.
