De zachtaardige dr. Yang is in de nachtelijke uren Iron Monkey; een vechter tegen de corrupte regering. De gouverneur chanteert de befaamde dokter en Kung-Fu meester Wong Kei-Ying om te helpen Iron Monkey te vangen. Als Wong Kei-Ying achter de beweegredenen van dr. Yang komt, helpt hij hem in de strijd tegen een kwade Kung-Fu monnik, die er op uit is om Iron Monkey te verslaan.
