Tristán Ulloa (geboren op 6 mei 1970) is een Spaanse acteur, schrijver en regisseur. Hij werd geboren in Orléans uit Spaanse ouders die in Frankrijk in ballingschap leefden. Ulloa speelde in vele films, waaronder de opvallende Spaanse dramafilm 'Lucía y el sexo' (2001), geschreven en geregisseerd door Julio Médem, met Paz Vega. Momenteel verwacht hij zijn eerste kind met de Argentijnse actrice Carolina Román.
